KISS ON POLE FOR RACE 3 IN MOST

30 August 2020

Norbert Kiss was once again the fastest man on track as he claimed the top spot in the Super Pole session for race three at Most this afternoon.

Sascha Lenz continues his great speed from yesterday and will start alongside Kiss on the front row in second.

The second row of the grid for the 11-lap race later this afternoon will be shared by 2019 FIA ETRC champion Jochen Hahn and local Hero Adam Lacko. Lacko kept putting in fast lap times only a few tenths off Norbi Kiss’ time, in the end it wasn’t quite enough thought for the front row.

Team Schwabentruck driver Steffi Halm will share the third row with Lion Truck Racing driver Anthony Janiec who had a difficulty day yesterday with a DNF and a tenth place finish after starting from the back of the grid.

Promoter’s Cup pole sitter Téo Calvet went eight fastest and the French driver will have fellow Promoter’s Cup contender Steffen Faas alongside him on the grid

T Sport Bernau driver Antonio Albacete improved on his qualifying result from yesterday and will start race three from ninth with British racer Jamie Anderson lining up alongside him.

Row six will be made of Lukas Hahn and Luis Recuenco, with BUGGYRA Zero Mileage Racing driver Aliyyah Koloc behind them in 13th.

In the closing stages of Super Pole René Reinert caused a collision with Clemens Hecker which substantially damaged both trucks. Reinert sought an exemption from park fermé which will allow the German to extensively work on his car to get ready for the race, but in return he will have to start from the back of the grid.
